NABI Bus Tooling
In 2004 Townsend Bay Marine completed the construction of a complete set of production tooling to be used in the construction of composite buses by North American Bus Industries, Inc.
This challenging project required that the molds be built for the use of vacuum infusion technology. Additionally the molds were modularized so that they could be used in the construction of two lengths and various models of buses. The molds were shipped to NABI's production facility in Hungary where they arrived in good order and were put immediately into production.
