Alaskan Grandeur: Expedition Yacht

Alaskan Grandeur is a 68-footer TBM built for the Alaskan fishing and hunting charter business, designed by John Anderson and constructed by Townsend Bay Marine.

Alaskan Grandeur is a commercial vessel built for Glacier Guides, Inc. She was built on a bare hull supplied by the owner. All other components were built and installed by Townsend Bay Marine. Though a commercial vessel, electrical and mechanical installations are to yacht standards. Mechanical spaces emphasize high quality, simplicity and access. The 68-foot (20.7-meter) composite vessel has a 21.5-foot (6.5-meter) beam and is based on a limit seiner hull. Designed by John L. Anderson Yacht Design of Kingston, Washington, to be independent of shore support for periods of up to three months, Alaskan Grandeur emphasizes simplicity and reliability.
